Got creative with dinner tonight and tried a new version of grandma's "Peas and Elbows". I used med size shells which hold onto the peas well. Fried chopped vidalia onion and once that was nice and brown, add a cup of water and the frozen peas. Salt and pepper it. When the shells are ready, I I put them in a bowl with a scoop of ricotta cheese and added the peas and onions. I also added cooked cauliflower. Sprinkled on
asiago cheese and mmmm mmmm!
